Rumma Designs
Rumma Designs’ jewellery pieces are designed and made by Kim Christian in Fremantle, Western Australia. Her jewellery pieces capture beautiful ocean treasures and each piece is truly unique.
Rumma means 'to collect periwinkles' in Norfuk which is the language spoken on Norfolk Island, where Kim spent nine years of her childhood. Norfuk is a mixture of old English and Tahitian originally spoken by the Bounty mutineers and Tahitian women who settled on Pitcairn Island. Kim is a descendant of Fletcher Christian, one of the mutineers. The Pitcairn Islanders eventually migrated to Norfolk Island. Norfolk Island will always have a special place in Kim's heart.
Made in Western Australia.
