"When I was doing a wildflower tour this plant jumped to my eye. It is so delicate and beautiful. I decided I would create a painting. In this painting I try to depict the marvellous beauty of the flower and its buds. The leaves were painted various colours to build-up the depth."

Eucalyptus Pleurocarpa Art PrintArtist Jane LiA3, Limited edition print "This caught my eye at Kings Park when I was training as a guide. This Australian plant is quite unique, it stands out with its grey leaves and square shaped white fruit. What surprised me most was that the branches are also square and have edges. I made a drawing of this plant which I gifted to my teacher, not it has become part of my flora painting collection."
