Coneflower
Artist Jane Li

"When I was doing a wildflower tour this plant jumped to my eye. It is so delicate and beautiful. I decided I would create a painting. In this painting I try to depict the marvellous beauty of the flower and its buds. The leaves were painted various colours to build-up the depth."
